For the third year running we’ve won a prestigious industry award at the 2012 Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) PRide Awards.
After being shortlisted in two categories back in July, we’re delighted to have scooped the silver award for Best Use of Media Relations at a black-tie dinner in Bristol.
The award recognises our work on the ITV1 series River Monsters, which aired in the UK in January. This campaign was also acknowledged for Best Campaign £10,000 and under, in which we were finalists.
As well as a number of national hits, we generated more than 100 items of coverage in total, giving a 70-fold return on investment.
The award is our fourth in three years and comes after a double success at the 2011 Awards, where we won Gold in the Not-for-Profit category for our Cots for Tots campaign, and Dani Marlborough won the highly competitive Young Communicator of the Year Award.
